Thirty years of Italian hospitality.
Our Story
For over 30 years, Dolce Bellissimo has been more than a restaurant. It has been a neighbourhood fixture, a meeting place, and a proud custodian of authentic Italian hospitality in Claremont.
What began as a humble trattoria on Bay View Terrace has grown into a beloved local institution known for generous plates, warm welcomes and the kind of old-school charm that cannot be faked.
At the heart of Dolce Bellissimo is a commitment to good food and genuine hospitality. Every pasta, pizza and tiramisu we have served over the last three decades carries that commitment forward.
Now, as we turn the page and move into our new home at Claremont Quarter, we bring that same spirit with us, simply with a little more polish.
The new space is a modern nod to our roots. It is a place where tradition meets refinement and the food speaks for itself. Dishes that honour the classics, curated wines and a dining experience that is welcoming, elevated and unmistakably Italian.
We welcome all to the next chapter of Dolce Bellissimo with the same heart, simply in a new setting.

Rooted in respect for ingredients and a shared love of honest, generous cooking, the conversation offers a behind-the-scenes look at how our dishes come together and the values that guide us every service.
